Why This Role

We’re hiring our first dedicated Sales Rep. You’ll work side by side with the founders, own the process from day one, and help shape Husk’s sales engine. If you’re ambitious, love building relationships, and want to grow into a sales leader at a fast-scaling startup — this is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and identify new leads using a mix of databases, tools, social selling, and creative outreach.
  • Run outbound campaigns (cold calls, targeted emails, LinkedIn, events, etc.) to generate pipeline.
  • Manage inbound leads — qualify, understand their needs, and convert them into opportunities.
  • Pitch Husk’s solutions, handle objections, and run product demos.
  • Collaborate closely with founders to build Husk’s sales motion and playbook from scratch.
  • Work hand-in-hand with marketing to provide feedback and refine campaigns.
  • Develop creative approaches to open doors and build relationships with startup founders.
  • Participate in regular pipeline reviews with the founding team to prioritize opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or another outbound sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—both written and verbal.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: you’re ambitious, resilient, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and resourceful—you don’t wait to be told what to do.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus.
  • Startup experience strongly preferred.
  • Native/fluent in English and Dutch.
